Signature® Flow Meter Voltage Stabilizer

Signature® Flow Meter Voltage Stabilizer.  This alteration allows for solar chargers with voltage outputs higher than 14.25 VDC to be used with the Signature® Flow Meter.  Solar charge regulators consistently exceed 14.25 VDC.
